ARE YOU EXPERIENCING...

Dirty Iron/Tiles, Rust, Cracking Ridgecap Mortar?
Due to long-term exposure to weather conditions, tiles and iron loose their protective surface and become susceptible to cracking, chipping, weakening and rust
This allows water, insects and mould to wreck havoc in your home
Don't wait until the damage is done.
Rusted Gutters & Rotting Fascia?
After decades of life, gutters begin to weaken and rust
This begins to cause drainage & leakage issues allowing water to seep into the eaves and fascia board below
As a result, the wood begins to rot and weaken the outer structures of the home, sometimes causing irreversible damage
Don't put it off.

What if I have solar panels on my roof?If you would like a re-roof, we would simply contract a licensed electrician to remove and reinstall the panels. For a roof restoration, we normally paint 100mm under the panels from the edge to ensure aesthetics. Due to the panels protecting the unpainted tiles underneath from the sun & weather conditions, you don't have to worry about them from a durability standpoint. If desired, we can also remove and reinstall the panels for your roof restoration.
-
Will our living be affected when working on our roof? No, you can go about your normal day as we get the work done.
-
What about bad weather when you're working on the roof?We make sure to keep tabs on the weather when choosing our start date. After starting a re-roof, we only tile strip the amount we will be able to cover in Colorbond sheets within the same day. We do this in order to avoid stripping the whole roof and having rain get inside overnight. For roof restorations, we may have to re-bed ridge caps, pressure clean & paint on different days.
-
Why choose a company over a sole trader?Choosing a company will provide you with the security of long-term warranties, consistent reliability & general availability for concerns.
-
Where do you get your materials from?We only use quality Australian-made materials. For Colorbond, we use BlueScope from Fielders. For roof restoration membrane, we use Acryloc
